Policy

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment (if not earlier). Clients will be charged a 50% service fee for cancellations or reschedules within a 24-hour period of the scheduled appointment. No call or no show situations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If the card on file has insufficient funds, you will not be able to book a future appointment until payment and associated cancellation fees are collected.

Upon Arrival

Out of respect for clients who have a service prior to your appointment, please do not knock on the door to announce your arrival. When the door is closed, please do not disturb. Remember, people may be undressed inside of the studio—knocking not only interrupts their service but also makes guests feel exposed and rushed. Please take a seat in the spa hallway and you will be greeted when it is time for your appointment. Your patience is appreciated.

No Funny Business

Nervous or afraid you will involuntarily get excited during a session? Even though this can be a natural reaction—after the first strip of hair is removed, your nerves should subside. Please be courteous and do not prolong your excitement. This is a professional setting with the sole purpose of skincare and waxing services. If you are here for any other reason, authorities will be contacted and you will assume full financial responsibility regardless if the treatment is completed or not.

Convenience Fee

All clients are responsible for a 3.5% convenience fee per credit card transaction.

Service Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable:

  • Any associated fees with the original service are non-refundable. This includes any associated fees such as gratuity, service, and convenience.
  • All American Beauty will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service or additional treatments when necessary limited to a 48-hour period following the original service.
  • All American Beauty offers pre and post care products to help prepare the skin before and after treatments. When these products or services are not purchased or redeemed from All American Beauty, clients assume the responsibility of the desired result.

Package Refund Policy

All packages are non-refundable:

  • Any associated fees with the original package are non-refundable. This includes any associated fees such as gratuity, service, and convenience.
  • All American Beauty will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service or additional treatments when necessary limited to a 48-hour period following the original service.
  • Services in a given package need to be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, the package will expire. There are no refunds for packaged services not redeemed within the initial 12-month period.
  • All packages are non-transferable meaning they cannot be transferred to another person or redeemed for other services offered at All American Beauty.
  • All American Beauty offers pre and post care products to help prepare the skin before and after treatments. When these products or services are not purchased or redeemed from All American Beauty, clients assume the responsibility of the desired result.

Referral Program

Receive $10 off your next service any time you refer a friend or loved one to All American Beauty. Referral must complete a service of $50 dollars or more. Referral credits are stackable and accumulate. In other words, you will continue to earn credit for each successful referall.
